Yeah my kids tend to leave the area when I am ticked so I guess it is pretty intense.

Last Night and Practice this week - Page 2 Empty Holly

Hey all.....Game 1 was a blow-out, but I had fun. We all hate to lose, but I don't get upset with anyone for a play they don't make, dropped ball, etc.

The main reason I'm writing this is because Holly is seriously considering quitting the team, & I don't blame her one bit. It doesn't matter to me that she chooses to not practice, it's totally voluntary. She paid as much as everyone else & deserves playing time at a position she wants. It boils down to this.....she is no better or worse than most all of our ladies....a couple tough plays 2 games ago, & she was sent to the catcher position. That being done, she's not allowed to PLAY the catcher position. There was a play at home last night, & our pitcher stepped RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER, not letting her catch it. Now, that's down right de-moralizing, & I don't blame her for being ticked-off for being treated that way. I'm embarrassed that I had her join our team, to be treated in this way. I'm not mad, just disappointed in the treatment of my friend.

    Peace - Russ
